이 문서는 Pyeongsaeng 운영 기준을 설명하기 위한 초안이며, 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 실제 서비스 운영과 관련된 법적 판단은 필요한 경우 전문가와 별도로 확인해야 합니다.

이 약관은 Pyeongsaeng이 제공하는 웹사이트, 앱, 문서, 다운로드 파일, 콘텐츠와 관련 기능의 기본 이용 조건을 설명합니다. 각 Pyeongsaeng 앱은 별도 약관이 없는 한 이 공통 약관을 참조할 수 있습니다.
1. 서비스 이용
사용자는 관련 법령, 본 약관, 각 앱의 안내에 따라 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 서비스의 일부 기능은 Google 로그인 등 외부 인증을 통해 제공될 수 있습니다.
2. 계정과 보안
사용자는 자신의 계정 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 계정 오용, 무단 접근, 보안 문제가 의심되면 Pyeongsaeng에 알려주세요.
3. 금지되는 이용
- 서비스를 방해하거나 과도한 부하를 유발하는 행위
- 무단 복제, 재배포, 대량 수집, 재호스팅 등 권리를 침해할 수 있는 행위
- 타인의 개인정보, 저작권, 상표권, 명예, 기타 권리를 침해하는 행위
- 법령 또는 서비스의 정상적인 목적에 반하는 이용
4. 지식재산과 콘텐츠
Pyeongsaeng의 로고, UI, 코드, 문서, 콘텐츠 구성, 번역, 해설, 예제, 다운로드 파일과 편집물은 Pyeongsaeng 또는 정당한 권리자에게 권리가 있습니다. 사용자가 보유한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자가 계속 보유합니다.
5. 서비스 변경과 제한
Pyeongsaeng은 서비스 안정성, 보안, 정책 준수, 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부를 변경하거나 제한할 수 있습니다. 위반 행위가 확인되면 법령상 허용되는 범위 안에서 접근 제한, 콘텐츠 삭제, 계정 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
6. 책임의 한계
Pyeongsaeng은 안정적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하지만, 모든 환경에서 중단이나 오류가 없음을 보장하지 않습니다. 법령상 허용되는 범위 안에서 간접 손해, 특별 손해, 예측하기 어려운 손해에 대한 책임은 제한될 수 있습니다.

These terms explain the baseline conditions for using Pyeongsaeng websites, apps, documents, downloads, content, and related features. Unless a specific Pyeongsaeng app provides separate terms, it may refer to these shared terms.
1. Service Use
Users must use the services in accordance with applicable laws, these terms, and the guidance provided in each app. Some features may be provided through external authentication such as Google login.
2. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for keeping access to their accounts secure. Please notify Pyeongsaeng if account misuse, unauthorized access, or a security issue is suspected.
3. Prohibited Use
- Interfering with the service or creating excessive load
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, mass collection, or rehosting
- Infringing another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, reputation, or other rights
- Using the service in a way that violates law or the normal purpose of the service
4. Intellectual Property and Content
Pyeongsaeng logos, UI, code, documents, content structure, translations, explanations, examples, downloads, and edited materials may be owned by Pyeongsaeng or their rightful owners. Users keep the rights they already have in their own content.
5. Service Changes and Restrictions
Pyeongsaeng may change or restrict parts of the service for stability, security, policy compliance, or operational reasons. If a violation is confirmed, Pyeongsaeng may take actions allowed by law, including access limits, content removal, or account restrictions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pyeongsaeng works to provide stable services, but does not guarantee that every environment will be free of interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, special, or unforeseeable damages may be limited.
