이 문서는 Pyeongsaeng 운영 기준을 설명하기 위한 초안이며, 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 실제 서비스 운영과 관련된 법적 판단은 필요한 경우 전문가와 별도로 확인해야 합니다.

Pyeongsaeng은 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다. 각 Pyeongsaeng 앱은 별도 고지가 없는 한 이 공통 개인정보처리방침을 참조할 수 있습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보
Google 로그인을 사용하는 앱에서는 이름, 프로필 사진, 이메일 주소, Google 계정 식별자와 같은 기본 프로필 정보가 사용될 수 있습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 로그인 시간, 접속 기록, 설정, 저장한 작업물, 문의 내용이 함께 처리될 수 있습니다.
ScoreClip처럼 로그인 없이 동작하는 macOS 앱은 사용자가 선택한 이미지, PDF, 클립보드 이미지, 크롭 설정을 기기 안에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 별도 안내가 없는 한 이러한 원본 파일은 Pyeongsaeng 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 사용자 인증과 계정 식별
- 개인 작업, 저장 기록, 앱 설정 제공
- 문의 응대와 서비스 운영 알림
- 보안, 오류 분석, 서비스 개선
- 관련 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책 준수
3. 보관과 삭제
개인정보는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 사용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우, 법령상 보관이 필요한 정보를 제외하고 합리적인 기간 안에 삭제 또는 비식별 처리를 진행합니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 외부 서비스
Pyeongsaeng은 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 Google OAuth, 호스팅, 분석, 메일 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 외부 제공자를 사용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 필요한 범위 안에서만 정보가 처리되도록 관리합니다.
일부 앱이나 웹페이지는 외부 웹 콘텐츠, 파트너 링크, 광고 또는 결제·배포 플랫폼으로 연결될 수 있습니다. 해당 외부 서비스에서 처리하는 정보는 각 제공자의 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
5. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내주세요.

Pyeongsaeng processes personal information only as needed to provide its services. Unless an individual Pyeongsaeng app provides a separate notice, it may refer to this shared privacy policy.
1. Personal Information We Process
Apps that use Google login may process basic profile information such as name, profile photo, email address, and Google account identifier. During service use, Pyeongsaeng may also process login time, access records, settings, saved work, and support messages.
macOS apps that work without login, such as ScoreClip, may process user-selected images, PDFs, clipboard images, and crop settings on the device. Unless separately stated, those source files are not uploaded to Pyeongsaeng servers.
2. Purposes
- User authentication and account identification
- Personal work, saved history, and app settings
- Support responses and service notices
- Security, error analysis, and service improvement
- Compliance with applicable laws or platform policies
3. Retention and Deletion
Personal information is retained for the period needed to provide the service. If a user requests deletion or the processing purpose has been fulfilled, Pyeongsaeng will delete or de-identify the information within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
4. Third Parties and External Services
Pyeongsaeng does not sell personal information. It may use external providers needed for service operation, including Google OAuth, hosting, analytics, and email. Information is managed so that it is processed only within the necessary scope.
Some apps or webpages may link to external web content, partner links, ads, or payment and distribution platforms. Information processed by those external services may be governed by the policies of their respective providers.
5. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing for their personal information. Please send requests to the email below.
